BookNLoop ("we", "us", "the Platform") is a technology platform operated by Panagiotis Doganis, based in Athens, Greece. The Platform connects hotels and travel agencies ("Supply Partners") with travelers ("Travelers") for the purpose of facilitating last-minute accommodation bookings at private prices. The Platform is accessible at www.booknloop.com.
BookNLoop is currently in its early-stage (MVP) phase. Features, availability, and these terms may evolve as the platform develops. We will notify registered users of material changes.
By accessing or using BookNLoop — whether as a Supply Partner, Traveler, or visitor — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply in addition to any separate agreements between BookNLoop and individual Supply Partners.
Supply Partners (hotels) must register with a valid email address and create a password to access the hotel dashboard. Travelers may register with email and password to access personalized features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
Supply Partners list available rooms or travel packages with pricing visible only to Travelers who perform a qualifying search. Travelers can search for accommodation, view matching offers, and submit bids (price offers) to hotels. Hotels may accept, counter, or decline bids manually or through automated rules configured in their dashboard. When a bid is accepted, a booking is created and both parties receive confirmation.
BookNLoop acts as an intermediary platform facilitating the connection between Supply Partners and Travelers. BookNLoop is not a party to the accommodation contract between the hotel and the guest. The accommodation contract is between the Supply Partner and the Traveler directly.
BookNLoop charges a commission of 7% per confirmed booking, payable by the Supply Partner. This rate is fixed for the first three years of a Supply Partner's participation on the Platform. There are no listing fees, subscription fees, or charges for creating an account. Travelers are not charged any platform fees.
During the current MVP phase, payment processing is handled directly between the Supply Partner and the Traveler. BookNLoop does not process payments or hold funds on behalf of either party at this stage.
Prices listed on BookNLoop are private and visible only to Travelers conducting an active search. Supply Partners understand that BookNLoop's private pricing model is a core feature of the Platform, designed to protect their brand and public rate integrity. Supply Partners must not use BookNLoop to engage in deceptive pricing practices.
Once a booking is confirmed through the Platform, both the Supply Partner and the Traveler are expected to honor the booking terms. Cancellation policies are set by each Supply Partner (flexible, moderate, strict, or non-refundable) and are displayed to the Traveler before booking confirmation. BookNLoop is not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations, no-shows, or service quality, though we will assist in facilitating communication between parties where possible.
Supply Partners may configure automated negotiation rules ("Autopilot") that automatically accept, counter-offer, or decline bids based on predefined thresholds. Supply Partners are fully responsible for the rules they configure and the outcomes of automated actions. BookNLoop provides logging of all automated actions but does not guarantee that automated rules will produce optimal results in every scenario.
BookNLoop uses artificial intelligence for search parsing, hotel profile extraction, match scoring, and automated negotiation. AI outputs are provided as tools and suggestions — they may contain inaccuracies. Supply Partners should review AI-extracted profile data before applying it to their account. BookNLoop is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading information; attempt to manipulate pricing, search results, or bidding mechanisms; interfere with the Platform's operation or security; scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without authorization; create multiple accounts to circumvent Platform rules; or impersonate another person or entity.
All content, design, code, and features of BookNLoop are the property of BookNLoop and its founder. Supply Partners retain ownership of their own hotel information, photos, and descriptions uploaded to the Platform. By uploading content, Supply Partners grant BookNLoop a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Platform for the purpose of facilitating bookings.
BookNLoop is provided "as is" during its early-stage development. We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from bookings or negotiations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookNLoop's liability for any claims arising from use of the Platform is limited to the commission fees received by BookNLoop in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Either party may terminate their account at any time. Supply Partners may request account deletion by contacting p.doganis@booknloop.com. BookNLoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Existing confirmed bookings remain valid after account termination until fulfilled.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
